서울인디애니페스트2026 워크 인 프로그레스 '애니 WIP'는 국내 독립애니메이션 프로젝트를 발굴하고, 창작 및 유통을 지원하는 프로그램입니다. 제작 단계에 있는 독립애니메이션 프로젝트를 선정하여 프로젝트 개발비 및 국내외 제작/후반작업/마케팅/배급 관련 전문가의 멘토링을 지원합니다. 제3회 애니 WIP에 선정된 5편의 작품을 소개합니다.

  재건축을 앞둔 집엔 사라져가는 엄마의 기억이 머물러 있다. 일상의 반복 속에 시간은 쌓이고, 집은 점차 낡아간다. 어느 날, 엄마는 사라지고, 딸은 곧 허물어질 집을 찾아온다. 엄마 방의 옷장을 열자 기억의 풍경이 펼쳐지고, 딸은 그 안으로 걸어 들어간다. 기억의 끝, 바닷가, 엄마는 자신의 오래된 집에서 자신의 엄마 품에 안겨 잠들어 있다.

  Before her childhood home is demolished, a daughter returns and steps into a fading landscape of her mother’s memories. A film about how memories remain and how they quietly disappear.

  • [꽃은 가라앉지 않는다 Flower Does Not Sink]

  결혼식의 신부가 사라졌다. 5년 전 멀어진 친구 ‘지우’가 도망친 신부 ‘린’을 찾아 나선다. 둘은 함께했던 지난날을 따라 걷지만 아무리 걸어도 둘 사이의 거리는 좁혀지지 않는다. 결국 미완성된 이별을 마주한 지우와 린은 주고받았던 꽃을 애도하며 서로에게 작별을 고한다.

  On her wedding day, the bride disappears. ‘Jiwoo’, a friend who drifted apart from ‘Lin’ five years ago, sets out to find the runaway bride. They walk through the days they once shared, but no matter how far they walk, the distance between them never closes. In the end, Jiwoo and Lin face their unfinished goodbye, mourn the flowers they once gave each other, and say farewell.

  무더운 사막 한가운데 동굴에 숨어 사는 도마뱀 꼬리를 가지고 있는 파충류 인간, 도마뱀소년은 알 수 없는 이유로 후회 속에 괴로워한다. 후회는 주기적으로 허물로 나타나 피부를 감싸고, 소년은 후회로부터 벗어나기 위해 그 허물을 계속해서 벗겨낸다. 어느 날 그가 허물을 벗는데, 그 허물이 살아나 다시 그의 몸으로 돌아가려고 한다. 가까스로 허물에게서 벗어났지만 꼬리를 잃게 된다. 잘려진 꼬리의 단면에서 그의 과거의 모습이 나타나고, 소년을 공격한다.

  In the middle of a scorching desert, the lizard boy lives alone in a cave hidden among the deep rocks. For reasons unknown, he is tormented by tremendous regret. His regret periodically manifests as a layer of skin that envelops his body, and he must repeatedly shed it in an attempt to free himself from the past. One day, as he sheds his skin once again, the discarded husk suddenly animates and tries to return to his body. Desperate to escape, the lizard boy manages to break free, but loses his tail in the process. From the severed tail, a figure emerges: a past version of himself. The creature immediately attacks the boy, forcing him into a confrontation with the very past he has been trying to escape.

  여유로운 사람들과 아이들의 웃음소리.
  방울방울 너를 상상해.
  너도 날 떠올릴까?

  On my way to meet you.
  A cat purrs,
  a bird chirps.
  Beneath ginkgo leaves falling like confetti, the park is a stage.
  People at ease, children’s laughter.
  Bubble, bubble I imagine you.
  Do you also imagine me?

  • [콘크리트 저편의 세계 Beyond the Concrete]

  붕괴가 진행 중인 서울, 인류는 생존을 위해 행성 ‘라플레시아’로의 이주를 계획합니다. 구조 인력으로 현장을 지키는 윤성과, 이주를 위한 엔진 모듈을 연구하는 한나는 서로 다른 위치에서 세계를 살아갑니다. 그러던 중 싱크홀이 발생하여 연구소와 한나가 가라앉고 윤성이 구조하기 위해 싱크홀로 뛰어듭니다. 무너지는 싱크홀 속에서 살아남기 위해 둘은 연구 중인 엔진 모듈을 이용하기로 합니다.

  As Seoul continues to fall apart, humanity prepares for migration to the exoplanet Rafflesia in order to survive. Yoon-seong, a rescue worker who remains on the ground, and Hanna, a researcher developing an engine module for the migration project, live in the same world from very different positions. When a massive sinkhole causes the research facility to collapse and traps Hanna underground, Yoon-seong risks his life to rescue her. Faced with an irreversible disaster, the two are forced to make a single choice in order to survive.
