An Open Festival toIntroduce Diversity of Independent Animation

Our festival is to introduceand to reevaluate independent animations with various dispositions and styleswithout being limited to regimental works. We are to become an open festivalwhere various works, creators, viewers can participate in order to expand thebase for cultural diversity and our independent animation. Moreover, we wouldlike to become an open festival to expand our exchanges among independentcreators through international communications and intensification of networks.
