Audience Guide

• All screenings begin on time. Entry is available 10 minutes before the screening begins.
• Late entry is permitted up to 20 minutes after the screening starts. For short film sections, entry is only allowed between films.
• If you enter after the screening has begun, your reserved seat may not be guaranteed.
• For screenings rated 18 and above, ID verification may be required upon entry.
• For screenings that include a Q&A, those who were unable to enter the screening may join at the start of the Q&A upon ticket verification.
• If your ticket was issued via badge, please present your badge upon entry.
• Please remain in your assigned seat throughout the screening. Seat changes during the screening are not permitted.
• Only beverages and food purchased at the cinema snack bar may be brought into the auditorium.
• Photography, video recording, and audio recording are not permitted during screenings. If unauthorized recording is detected, the recorded materials will be deleted to prevent copyright infringement.
• Luggage storage is not available, but large items such as suitcases may be left at the information desk on the 7th floor. Please note that the festival is not responsible for any loss of stored items.
• Tickets cannot be reissued or refunded for personal reasons (e.g., loss, damage, traffic delays, incorrect screening time or venue).
• Ticket cancellation policies for paid screenings are subject to CGV's terms and conditions.
