The alien, who woke up from anesthesia, leaves the hospital with a satisfied face. Looking around the messy surroundings, the city is in a state of disaster. The alien sees the BA Girls who have become zombies on the electronic bulletin board and becomes angry at the zombies who passed by in despair. The alien who wants to be like the BA Girls sees others being bitten by zombies and becomes the same zombies, so he chooses to become a zombie himself.
