Synopsis
Deep in the night, a man and a girl are driving along the open road. Romantic music is playing on the radio, and the man tries to make his move to the girl. Just then, a woman abruptly shows up in front of their car, and the girl hits the brake hard.
Director's Comment
"When people are told to think of a "Love story," I guess the majority of people will easily recall it as a heterosexual story. In this regard, I was wondering when three characters in the ambiguous relationship were given in a single love story, how audiences would pair them off and perceive the situation.
I'm aware of the fact that I, myself is not totally free from that kind of preconceived judgment- but I just hope there would be a lot of various shapes of love stories in this world without any label such as ""Queer love story"" or "LGBTQA love story"- as you never use such a term as "Heterosexual love story".
