Synopsis

One night, Eve leaves the Garden of Eden and enters the forbidden world to find Adam, who has disappeared. During the journey, she sees herself with her own eyes for the first time.

Director's Comment

[Adam and Eve] depicts two characters existing incompletely. Adam is a character who feels shame for his life, due to the fact that his survival could only be sustained by killinf lives. This emotion becomes a trigger for Adam's choice to be absent, that is, to erase his existence. Since Eve entrusts her survival to Adam, she heads to the forbidden world to find disappeared Adam. This affects as a process in which Eve faces herself through the mirror(well), not through the eyes of another person(Adam), and rather, accepts the desire to exist completely as one. Although Eve came out of Adam, she embraces Adam within herself. She feels the strongest presence only when he is absent, and matures while understanding Adam's pain. In the end, they exist in the form of mixing in one. No matter what form they choose to live, I hope that the process of finding themselves would be shown beautifully.
