Director's Comment

In ‘Healing the Wounds of the Inner Child’, it is said that the problems in all relationships do not come from the outside, but are due to the disconnection of the internal bond between the inner child and the adult self within oneself. “Only by becoming a parent who gives love to your inner child at every moment can your inner child finally believe that he or she is truly a lovable being.” In this way, we must continue to live by saying and acting that we love ourselves. It is also sad that we have to work hard to learn what love is and what it means to give that love. If we had grown up in a family full of love, or if our parents had shown loving behavior toward their children, we would have learned this naturally without having to study hard. But we didn't grow up that way. Therefore, we must strive to break off the dependent relationships that bring suffering in life. Through the process of the zombie frog girl and Harang, who each have their own scars, becoming friends, I would like to convey a message of encouragement that they can take responsibility for their ‘inner child’, love themselves, and find happiness.
