Synopsis

An alien who envied humans and liked idol BA Girls leaves for Earth after seeing an advertisement for plastic surgery by Dr. Dongjoa. An alien arrives at the Dongjoa Orthopedic Surgery on Earth. The alien forces Dongjoa to get plastic surgery by giving her a jewel, and Dr. Dongjoa, who is blinded by the jewel, immediately performs the surgery. The alien, who woke up from anesthesia, leaves the hospital with a satisfied face. Looking around the messy surroundings, the city is in a state of disaster. The alien sees the BA Girls who have become zombies on the electronic bulletin board and becomes angry at the zombies who passed by in despair. The alien who wants to be like the BA Girls sees others being bitten by zombies and becomes the same zombies, so he chooses to become a zombie himself.
