Synopsis

Tsumire is the only one in her family with good eyesight. She adores her ten-year-older brother and believes everything he says is true. However, she's annoyed by his constant entourage of 8 girlfriends, except for QT, whom she trusts. Despite being a conspiracy theorist, QT is admired by Tsumire. Troubled by her small eyes since childhood, Tsumire's interactions with QT and others lead to a shift in her thoughts and perspective...

Detailed description

The relationship between conventional values, individuality, and self-reliance is shown with a casual art style. In the small community called family, we learn certain cultures and ways of seeing the world. And we spend our whole lives making them fit with our own personal qualities. Tsumire has different hair from her brother’s girlfriends. She chooses different eyes from them and approaches the truth. As if she has achieved true freedom, she spreads her arms wide and looks up to see the rain falling from the sky.
