Synopsis
An abstract visualization of Brothers Grimm’s tale, ‘Hansel & Gretel’
Director's Comment
We often refer filmmaking process as ‘visual storytelling. In most cases, we look for new stories to tell. In this film, I wanted to emphasize the former word, ‘VISUAL’, and find a unique and creative way to tell an old the story… differently. By utilizing simple geometric forms, such as dots, lines, circles, triangles and rectangles, the audience can puzzle the story together by connecting the meanings of what are presented on the screen.
