She has never known love, and so she is always cold. No matter how many layers she puts on, the chill never leaves her. The year-end streets are loud and dazzling. People walk out of the store with shopping bags in both hands, their faces glowing with joy. The woman tries to enter the store too, but collides with someone rushing by and loses consciousness. She wakes up later in a pile of garbage outside the closed department store. Through a side door left open by mistake, she makes a sudden dash inside.
