Synopsis

A chance encounter with a stranger leads to a conversation where we share stories about feelings of security and loneliness during growth. Through this exchange, I realized that everyone experiences confusion and loneliness at times and that mutual support can provide warmth and encouragement.

Program Note

Late at night, a girl is waiting for the ice rink to open when she meets an unfamiliar boy. The stories that unfold in their friendly conversation are shown with vibrant colors, freeform images, and lyrical music, leading us into a mesmerizing summer night. Modern individuals have fewer people they can talk to, and they are increasingly fearful of strangers. This film reminds us that sometimes we can share our hearts with someone we don’t know, finding comfort and support in one another. Perhaps that is why when the dawn breaks and it is time to part ways, we are left with a dim feeling instead of a sense of relief. SEO Saerom
