A sweet father takes care of his newborn baby while his daughter studies beside him and the mother prepares a meal for them. For this seemingly ordinary family in the countryside of India, everyday life turns into a tragedy during the film’s running time of 8 minutes and 10 seconds, which seems to pass in an instant. It is painful to watch as their once warm hearts are inflamed by poverty and filled with discord, but it also makes us think about the cause of their hardships. What does it cost to keep a family’s harmony? Is this a problem that only one family faces?
