Program Note

When Bora happens to take in an injured parrot, her time with the small creature begins to change her life in ways she never expected. The bird's sudden death that follows leaves behind an endless longing, yet the film seems less interested in loss itself than in how a relationship quietly reshapes the heart. The traces of a presence that linger even after death naturally evoke how time spent with someone remains within us, slowly changing the course of our lives.
