Director's Comment

Does it even matter how high housing prices skyrocket? Whether they go up or down, the brutal reality remains—there is still no place for me to live. A clean place is way too cramped, a spacious one is ridiculously expensive, and a cheap one is downright filthy. A home that checks all these boxes feels like God: we like to believe it exists, but we've never actually seen it. Every night, everyone retreats into their own little designated square boxes. Where on earth does my square box exist? This film satirizes the housing crisis faced by the youth through a witty and relatable lens.
