Majored in Animation and Illustration.Adjunct Professor at School of Film, TV & Multimedia, the Korea National University of Arts.Beginning with Pucheon International Student Animation Festival in 2000, she has been working as a programmer at Seoul International Cartoon Animation Festival, Gwacheon SF Film Festival, Siggraph Asia Computer Animation Festival Director, and works for Indie-AniFest now.She studies on the possibility of Integrated Art Therapy through animations, as she has performed animation therapy workshops for children and teenagers at HanKumCounselling Psychology Center since 2010.

He studied animation at ChungKang College of Cultural Industries where he made the short animations, <Alone> and <Trying to Remember> as his graduation films. After receiving his degree, he made the independent short animations <The Giant Sun Approaches> and <Toilet Concourse>.
He is currently in production on a new animated film and teaching as a university professor

He graduated from the Department of Animation at Korea National University of Arts and has consistently produced made animated films over the years. His short animations include <Carburetor>, <Deadline Makes Creative>, <Across the Wind>, and <Map: Prologue>. His film <Across the Wind> won the Special Prize for Debut Film at the 2013 Indie-AniFest.

She studied animation and worked for many years as an animator for studios and outsourced productions. Between 2008 and 2015, she did a wide range of work in the Film Festival Team for the Seoul International Cartoon and Animation Festival. In 2012, she made the short animation <Underground>. In 2013, she launched the magazine Seoul Animators (seoulanimators.com) which introduces animation filmmakers and their work to readers. She is also the program coordinator for the Asia Road Competition in the 2016 Indie-AniFest.

In 2009, he won the Cine21 Film Criticism Award and made his debut as a film critic. In 2012, he completed his PhD in film theory at the Dongguk University Graduate School of Film. He has worked as the general affairs manager of the Korean Association of Film Critics, and since 2011 he has been on the jury for numerous film festivals and awards including the Busan Ilbo Film Award, Puchon International Film Festival, and Seoul International Animation Festival. In addition to films, he writes criticisms in a wide range of areas related to film and media culture including animation and games.

HWANG Hei-rim is a festival programmer and a producer at the film production/distribution company Metaplay. She was a staff writer at the weekly film magazine 'Cine 21' for six years from 1997, and has been writing for various publications since. From 2006 to 2011, she was a programmer at the Green Film Festival in Seoul and its Green Archive. She also worked for the Seoul Independent Film Festival and is now working at the Seoul International Food Film Festival as a programmer since 2014. As a producer, she worked on feature-length documentaries such as [Sanda](2013), which premiered at the Busan International Film Festival, and several short films including a two-part music documentary [Reservoir Dogs -Take 1. South-Han River](2010) and [Reservoir Dogs - Take 2. Nakdong River] (2011).

He graduated from the Department of Film Theory at Korea National University of Arts where he also worked as a researcher and producer in the Film Production Center and AT-LAB. During his time at the university and research center, he directed numerous short films and was also involved in film production and writing. He made an independent short film with support from the Korea Creative Content Agency (KOCCA), and he was also the producer for the independent feature film <Viewfinder>. He is currently the programmer for CGV Art House.

Started he career as a animator in 1995 and directed numerous short animations such as "The Soul", "Lovers", "Umbrella", "Ashes in the thicket" and etc.  Debut as a feature film animation director in 2002 with "Mari Story" and also directed feature film "Texture of Skin" in 2005, and feature film animation "Yobi: the five tailed fox" in 2007.  He was awarded in 2002 26th Annecy International Animation Festival (Grand Prize), 2004 Zagreb International Animation Festival (Special Award), and 2005 Chicago International Children's Film Festival (Certificate of Excellence & 2nd Prize).  He is currently in the release of his new project, "KAI : the legend of Ice Lake."

Masao YOKOTA, M.D. & Ph.D. is a professor of Department of Psychology, College of Humanities and Sciences, Nihon University. He graduated from Department of Cinema, College of Art, Nihon University and completed a postgraduate course of Psychology of Nihon University. Now he gives a lecture on psychology of animation and cinema at Nihon University. He was formerly a president for Japan Society for Animation Studies.  He had given several invited lectures on animation at I Castelli Animati, the Forum of PISAF, and University of Central Oklahoma. He also became a judge at the PISAF2007 and PISAF2009. He has written on Japanese animation directors and animators for Japanese Journal of Animation Studies, Asian Cinema, and International Journal of Comic Art and was a coeditor of Japanese Animation: East Asian Perspectives (University Press of Mississippi, 2013).
