Synopsis
A nine-year-old girl lives in a neighborhood where afather watches erotic videos next to his child and an elderly child molesterresides in the elementary school. One day, the girl is stealing snacks from asupermarket when she is caught by the woman who owns the store. The girl handsover 100 won for the candy in her hand and runs away.
Director's Comment
I want to show a nine-year-old girl facing her own sin forthe first time and discovering the conflicting feelings between crime andpunishment, life and death, desire and shame, and the chaos that comes from theuncertainty.
