Dough Dough wanted to be sold as a sticky rice donut but wasn’t baked completely.Still, Dough Dough doesn’t lose any self-respect andalways has a big smile. Mow Mow was a tiny piece of dough that fell away whilethe dough was being kneaded, and feels sad and useless because of it. Mow Mowis enamored by the confident Dough Dough and wants to become Dough Dough’s pet. This is the story of their funny and absurd companionship.

Director's Comment

The twomain characters have very small, simple desires that lead to absurd and comicalincidents. Dow-Dow, who has no hair, visits Mow-Mow at work wanting a newhairstyle. Not having enough money, Dow-Dow begs for a discount. Mow-Mowagrees, but only does half of Dow-Dow’shead. A startled Dow-Dow digs 20 cents from a pocket, so Mow-Mow draws exactlytwo more hairs. Their story is full of dangers, absurd moments, and twists, allbecause of their small desires. I hope that the stories of these two lovableand pitiable characters can comfort the worn and weary hearts of viewers whofeel stuck in everyday routines.
