Kyu-min, a 22-year-old college student, had a hard day working. She checks her friends’ social media on her way back to refreshen her mind. However, she soon feels uneasy comparing herself with the happy smiles on the screen.

“I can't be lost in these thoughts anymore!”

To cut this never-ending train of negative thoughts and focus on herself, Kyu-min starts cooking.

Social media has become our daily life now. You can communicate with the world quickly and easily. However, it is also easy to compare yourself with the marvelous appearance of others and feel depressed.

Kyu-min, the main character, uses cooking as a method to stop negative thoughts and tries to focus on herself. I hope this video will give the viewers a chance to think about their own way.
