Welcome to MEGABURN, the biggest,bloodiest race in the world! Eight remaining racers have made it to the finalstage. Only one will be the winner!

Director's Comment

Peopleforget their purpose in life as they fight for success in a competitivesociety. I wanted to show in a clear and satirical way that this kind ofsociety ultimately yields nothing. We delight in killing each other and thinkwe have achieved victory, but we lose everything when we are swallowed up byviolence. I imagined the brutality of our society where only the strongestsurvive and people are desensitized by violence. [MEGABURN] offersrough-and-tumble entertainment, combining the speediness of Japanese-styleanimation with bold colors and a highly addictive soundtrack. Under the facadeof a simple and entertaining race, the film shows us how much we all enjoy thecontest and take it for granted, reminding us that we have grown accustomed tostepping on the weak in the process of attaining success.
