Synopsis

A man dies and a red flower blossoms. Then the colors of orange, yellow, green, blue and purple come into play and combine to become a beautiful sublime rainbow.

Director's Comment

As soon as the man pass away, he goes through various surreal experiences that lead him to become a beautiful rainbow in the end. This film with full of different shapes and forms of life wouldn't provide one single conclusion to the audience. We are encouraged to watch the film numerous times and find new elements, auestions and answers everytime. On a side note, "How to paint the rainbow' is a sequel to Erick's previous film 'How to eat your Apple (2012)'.
